I disagree with using the word "fellas" when addressing a group of girls. You wouldn't tackle one of them individually as a guy certainly. You can say, as I often do, "She's a good gal;" nonetheless, you'd by no means say, "She's a good male.This lets you hook up with persons everywhere in the environment in their particular language and accent.
